• A pen or pencil to record your measurements

Measuring Method

1. Measure each nail individually. Wrap the measuring tape (or paper strip) around the widest part of your nail — from sidewall to sidewall — keeping it flat against the nail surface.
2. Record the measurement in millimeters (mm). If using a paper strip, mark where the ends meet and measure the strip against a ruler.
3. Repeat for all 10 fingers. Each finger is unique, so it is important to measure every nail individually.
